I like to think that Moose and I picked each other.  As he was the largest puppy of his litter, was standoffish with people, and aggressive with his brothers and sisters, nobody wanted him. But when I’d visit he’d always come to me and follow me everywhere. It was those eyes that got me, and he was so cute. So home he came. He brought life back to our older Lab, Roscoe, the Wonder Dog, whose “boy” (my oldest son) had grown up and moved to an apartment in the city. I firmly believe that Roscoe lived an extra 3 ½ years because of Moose.

Moose's Accomplishments: Unconditional love, willingness to please, and humbleness. Excellent hiking and cross-country skiing partner (I added this for him as he’s too humble to brag on his own account).  See Bio above for Moose’s hero status regarding Roscoe, the Wonder Dog (when you see me at a practice ask me about the Wonder Dog thing).

Member Accomplishments:  Glad recipient of above, see dog accomplishments. 

Goals:  To have fun, and maybe jump as well off the “high dive” as he does off our local low dock, but mostly to have fun.

Misc Fun Facts:  We haven’t a clue what we’re doing, we’re just having fun doing it.
